The capacity of Locale Studios depends on your event type and layout.
We can comfortably accommodate up to 60 seated guests for private events such as showers, dinners, or celebrations. However, each standard rental includes tables and chairs for up to 40 guests, and clients are welcome to bring in or rent additional seating and tables as needed for larger groups.

For cocktail-style or networking events, the venue can comfortably host up to 75 standing guests, providing a spacious and inviting atmosphere for mingling and socializing.

Yes, we require a five-hour minimum for all private events.

This time includes setup and cleanup, which means most events end up with about three hours of actual event time (for example, one hour for setup, three hours for the event, and one hour for cleanup).

We’ve found that five hours is the perfect sweet spot for most events. However, depending on the scope and complexity of your setup, you may want to add additional hours to ensure everything runs smoothly.

💡 Pro Tip: We highly recommend our all-inclusive packages for a stress-free experience! Our team handles most of the setup and decor so you can simply show up and enjoy the event like a guest. Even if you’re bringing in a few personal touches, like a guest book or party favors, it’s a much more relaxed experience.

If you prefer to take the DIY route, our standard rental option works great too, just keep in mind that the five-hour minimum still applies.

✨ All-Inclusive Packages
Our all-inclusive options are ideal for those who want a beautifully styled event without the stress of setup or teardown. We take care of the details so you can simply show up and enjoy the day! Packages can include:

• Digital Photo Booth with instant sharing — perfect for capturing memories in real time.
• Custom Balloon Garlands designed to complement your event theme and colors.
• Table Linens in curated styles to match your event aesthetic.
• Elevated Grazing Table featuring a beautifully styled spread of cheeses, fruits, charcuterie, and bites.
   

We also offer a variety of add-on amenities such as premium floral walls, neon signs, bar setup access, and more — allowing you to customize your event experience from start to finish.

Whether you’re planning a birthday, bridal shower, or corporate mixer, Locale Studios provides everything you need for a polished and picture-perfect celebration.

The Refundable Security Deposit: $250 (refundable if no damage has occurred or extra deep clean-up is not needed) is due with final payment. This deposit will be returned within 7 days or less from your event provided the space occurred no damage or professional deep clean was required.

Be sure to add alcohol liability if you plan on serving alcoholic beverages. 

The Venue Assistant is our on-site representative that will assist with venue space items and furniture for the duration of the event. They will assist with setting up and tearing down all of the additional venue add-on's the Client has requested. They will assist with maintaining trash as well as provide additional maintenance supplies for the event space. They will coordinate a timely exit and a smooth event for the client and their guests. 

We recommend this space for catering, photobooth or additional storage. This space is available at an additional fee of $200 and is NOT available at any time during an event unless you have included it in your reservation. We kindly ask that you do not place or store items in this space or allow guests to use this space in any capacity without a reservation. 

Yes! Feel free to find and book your favorite caterer!

The only food option we offer in house is our grazing table service. 

Catering: Unfortunately, we don't have in-house caterers at this time, but we are happy to refer you to some really great vendors that we work with on a regular basis. BONUS: Most of our preferred vendors are LOCAL so this saves you on travel fees. 

All Liquor must be served by a licensed and insured bartender. Even if you provide your own closed liquor, it must be served by a licensed and insured bartender. This includes hard liquor, beer and wine.

You can either find your own approved beverage vendor or you can inquire about our in-house bartending service / preferred vendors!

Our bar package can be added on by the client. We will present the client with the approved service packages that our bartender provides. At that time, the client is responsible for providing the garnishes, liquor, beverages, and supplies (such as cups, straws, napkins, etc.) for their event. 

Absolutely! We love having kids at our space! All we ask is that all children are accompanied by a responsible adult and are not allowed to run, jump, or rough play at the venue in order to prevent injury or damage. 

Yes! We LOVE LOVE animals!!! Animals are welcome as long as the animal is trained and has a caregiver taking care of the animal while in our space. 

Yes, our front entrance is ADA approved so all of our guests can enjoy their experience when coming to our space.

Our venue is more teen and adult friendly. But with that being said, we will host any type of celebration, and we will accommodate as best we can.

We have reserved parking for our client and their vendors. All guests are able to park in the parking structure or along the street.

All parking is complimentary!

All guests must enter through the front entrance.

All tables and chairs are able to be customized to a theme for your event. 

However, there are a few pieces of furniture that are permanent. Such as the greenery wall, arch, and stage. Feel free to let me know more about your event and I am happy to give suggestions to accomplish your vision. 

We do not allow permanent alterations to be done to the space or equipment. This includes hanging, nailing, taping anything to the walls, windows, ceilings or doorways. If you would like a certain type of decoration for your event, ask the venue assistant if there is a recommended way to achieve your desired design. As long as no damage occurs, the decor can be displayed. Real candles are not allowed but battery-operated candles are allowed.

Glitter or confetti is allowed provided that these items are cleaned off of all surfaces and floor by the Client.

You are able to personalize your event to however you would like, provided that all decor is removed at the end of the event.

We don't have any restrictions on music or entertainment as long as it is not offensive or disruptive to the surrounding areas.

Yes! We have a perfect area for a DJ or a small band to set up!

Yes, after 10 PM all loud noise/music will need to stop in order to follow with city noise protocols.

We do not offer overnight accommodations at our venue space but we are in a big city so there are many options as far as hotels really close by!
