RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking Requirements:

• To reserve Locale Studios for a private event, a signed agreement and the initial payment of 50% of the total amount due are required. This will secure the date.
• A refundable damage deposit is required. 
• Day of Event Insurance is required and must be obtained by the client. A copy is needed 2 weeks before the event takes place.

Payment Terms:

The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event date. Credit card payments can be made via our HoneyBook. We can also accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo and by Check. Checks can be made out to Locale Studios.

Rental Period and Additional Terms:

Our minimum private event rentals are a 5-hour minimum which includes set up and breakdown. Additional hours can be added at an hourly rate. Hourly rate depends on the day. 

Exceptions are made for Corporate & Non-Profit events as well as Production rentals. 

Event Set Up and Breakdown:

Set up and clean up must be included in your rental timeframe booked. Clients are responsible for their own set up and clean up within the reserved time unless additional services are arranged with Locale Studios. The venue must be left in its original condition. If damage occurs or if a deep cleaning is necessary, the refundable damage deposit may be applied to the repairs and cleaning.

Changes to Reservations:

Changes to your reservation, including event date, guest count, or rental additions, please contact Locale Studios directly.  A rescheduling penalty fee may apply, depending on the nature of the change.

All Cancellations must be made in writing. 

Refunds:

If the Client cancels more than 14 days before the event date, the Client will forfeit the initial non-refundable payment. 

If the Client cancels less than 14 days before the event date, the Client forfeits all funds paid towards the venue and will not receive any refunds. 

If the Venue has to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, the Venue will issue all funds paid thus far including the initial non-refundable payment.
